Specifications include, but are not limited to: The participation goal for the survey is 12 percent of Kenosha County households (Roughly 8,700 households). Work with Kenosha County to establish a cohesive theme and brand for the campaign. Identify and execute methods to leverage relationships with municipalities, school districts and other community organizations to aid in the strategic distribution of campaign messages and materials. Identify channels through which to effectively distribute marketing content, and design and create these materials, including but likely not limited to digital content and print materials. Design and create marketing collateral and promotional items associated with the campaign. Create educational content surrounding the benefits of broadband, how the collected data will be used, and related topics such as cybersecurity. Track the success of the campaign and provide ongoing advice on how to improve outcomes as the campaign unfolds.
