Cooler and refrigerated equipment service and maintenance: This includes but is not limited to open air cases, standing coolers, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, ice machines, cleaning and sanitizing ice machines, water filters, and salad bar units. Unplanned & Preventative Maintenance: Refers to work that has a direct impact on our food service operations and must be completed in a timely manner or during a specific time period which minimizes the impact to our overall operation. Emergency and After Hours: Refers to service outside of a traditional work week of Monday – Friday 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM. Planned Projects: Planned projects will continue to be bid through a competitive bid process outside of this bid process. Parts and equipment: Parts and equipment associated with repairs and maintenance will be assessed at actual costs and verification may be requested for unreasonable or abnormal pricing.
