Specifications include, but are not limited to: Laramie County Community College (LCCC) in Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking to purchase one (1) smart manufacturing trainer to introduce/reinforce concepts of Industry 4.0. This unit should be able to fit comfortably in a 20’ X 15’ workspace and with power requirements that do not exceed 208 VAC, single phase or 208 VAC, three phase. This unit will be used by several LCCC training disciplines including: Manufacturing, Machining, Robotics, Integrated Systems Technology, Welding and Information Technology. This Smart Manufacturing equipment should include elements such as industrial maintenance, robotics, control software, and quality control and supported by a robust e-learning system which allows for traditional, hybrid, and remote learning scalability options. These options are necessary to meet the needs of the high school and adult learning communities. Equipment is not to be delivered prior to April 2024. Key elements of the proposed training center should include: Emulation of manufacturing using real, full size industrial equipment System that manufactures real products Process with advanced manufacturing components used in smart factories and Industry 4.0 Flexible manufacturing environment for students to practice and research; Flexible Mass Production Predictive Maintenance System integration and automation Should integrate machining, robotics, PLC automation, software, smart sensors, IoT, data analytics. Aligned with curriculum and teaching labs that lead to certification/credentials. Minimum Specifications are listed in the RFP documentation.
