Specifications include, but are not limited to: Base Bid work includes full replacement of approximately 2200 SY of asphalt pavement and Portland cement valley gutter with Portland cement pavement and valley gutter, and aggregate base course; parking lot restriping and utility fixture adjustment; with minor improvements to adjacent Portland cement curb and gutter, driveways, and landscaping in the Council of Community Services Parking Lot between Rohan Avenue and 4-J Road, as appropriate and identified in the plans.
