Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Convene key stakeholders, including ECW and LVE. B. Develop owner specifications for the Project and prepare an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (“EPC”) request for proposal. C. Contract for any initial geotechnical work to be able to issue the EPC request for proposal. D. Procure an EPC contractor. E. Assist with arrangements for the land for the Project. F. Secure all necessary permissions, permits, and approvals from governmental authorities. G. Arrange interconnection arrangements with LVE. H. Prepare subscription documents and arrange the subscription infrastructure for the Project. I. Assist with financing party closing requirements. J. Work with ECW and LVE staff on any and all work-related payments, including, but not limited to, establishing bank accounts.
