1. The facility is to be thoroughly cleaned every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, at any time during the day, except when special cleanings are requested. 2. Known special cleaning dates include: • Two hours prior to and following the annual Parade Day parade • Two hours prior to and following the annual Christmas parade 3. Service requirementsinclude removing all trash from the restrooms and placing the bagsin the trash dumpster located on the east end of the alley. The City of Casper will provide a key for the lock to the dumpster storage area. The contractor is responsible for policing the area within 10' of the dumpster storage area. This is to be done daily. 4. Strip or top scrub all hard surface floors. Re-surface with three coats of sealer and three coats of floor finish. Service is to be performed annually between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. 5. Notify Law Enforcement and the Buildings and Structures Manager immediately if you encounter vandalism in the restrooms, such as graffiti or property damage, or find drugs, lost or stolen goods, weapons, or anything that you suspect is illegal or harmful to the public.
