● Contractor will replace all existing sprinkler heads with new equivalent sprinkler heads ● Contractor will ensure new sprinkler heads meet all current codes and ensure the design of the sprinkler system does not change ● Contractor is responsible for field verification of all sprinkler heads ● Contractor is responsible for repairing any building damage caused by the replacement of sprinkler heads ● Contractor will verify condition of head box and replace if necessary ● Contractor will update the head box with required quantities of new sprinkler heads, new head wrenches and ensure the box is labeled with the types of heads and any other pertinent information ● Contractor will dispose of all existing used sprinkler heads in an appropriate manner, ● Contractor will salvage all existing sprinkler head escutcheons, unused existing sprinkler heads, existing head wrenches and return them to CCSD upon completion of the project
