The Consultant shall be responsible for providing project management, coordination, and invoicing as required by the City and funding agencies. This includes project setup, invoicing coordination, subcontracting preparation and execution, and preparing and maintaining project schedule. The Consultant will prepare monthly invoices and associated progress reports. A kickoff meeting shall be held with City Staff to discuss schedule, upcoming needs (survey, site assessments, easements), funding update, and other pending items. The Consultant shall prepare all presentation material, including maps and other visual aids as necessary, to explain the project. The kickoff meeting location and time shall be coordinated with the City project manager. The Consultant should assume a minimum of monthly progress meetings including all project stakeholders in person or via video conference. Design submittal meetings are to be held at each design submittal phase (10%, 50% and 90%). The Consultant will provide all documentation and meeting minutes. The Consultant should plan for any required permit review meetings.
