Specifications include, but are not limited to: Laramie County Community College, located in Cheyenne, WY seeks bids for a phased reconstruction of existing sidewalks, new sidewalks, reconstructed landscaped areas, and demolition and reconstruction of a small parking lot near the Education and Enrichment Center. New pedestrian sidewalks include several new ADA accessible routes with other reconstructed routes requiring exterior stair sections. The project includes demolition and reconstruction of an existing asphalt paved drive and parking area with ADA parking stalls. Other improvements include new local storm sewer additions and new landscaping around the area of work. The project includes several bid phases which will be add alternatives in addition to a pavement rehabilitation bid alternate.
