The City of Laramie (City) will accept written proposals from Historic Preservation Consultants for the Hart/Heart Ranch historic preservation inventory and the writing of a National Register of Historic Places District Nomination for an historic district in Albany County, Wyoming. The purpose of the project is to conduct a physical inventory of the Hart/Heart Ranch property including the historic landscape, conduct thorough background research, establish a period of significance and boundary for the District, and complete the National Register listing process for the District. This project will further preservation of the property by providing historic preservation recommendations for the contributing buildings and elements on the property to the City and the Hart/Heart Ranch management team.
