Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following scope of services is a general outline and is not intended to be a comprehensive summary of the required services. The consultant should review the information available and recommend a more detailed scope of services. The final scope of services shall be agreed upon during the contract negotiations. Land Water Conservation Funds (LWCF) will be used to fund this project and all agencies submitting a proposal must follow LWCF rules and complete the Misc. Certifications and Clauses Form (see Attachment A). 1. Analysis of existing conditions of the site, including existing trees, water connection, sewer connection, electric connection, and existing concrete. See Attachment B (site maps) 2. Review the proposed site for construction. 3. Recommend the placement of the splash pad and amenities. 4. Design a splash pad with a minimum of 5 water features, concrete pad, location of the control house, and fencing. 5. Recommend what sidewalks need replaced and where new ones should be constructed. 6. Provide construction management/administration with regards to the installation of splash pad. 7. Meet with City of Powell staff as determined necessary. 8. Adhere to federal regulations including Buy America Provisions. 9. Other services not included herein; the Consultant feels necessary for successful completion.
