This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This project consists of dismantling/deconstruction and disposal of a railway caboose car and removal from the Lake Owen Trailhead site and off National Forest lands. The contractor shall provide everything--including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision--necessary to completely remove the railroad caboose.
A site visit is planned for June 20, 2024. Please see page 21 of the RFQ for details.
