Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sublette County School District No. 1 (the Owner) is receiving lump sum sealed proposals for the Pinedale Elementary School – Food Service Freezer & Storage Addition. The project scope includes but is not limited to all work necessary to complete removal of an existing panel freezer system, demolition of existing materials as required for new, and the supply and installation of a new panelized freezer and storage system. Work includes Selective Demolition, Concrete, Metal Fabrication, Waterproofing and Repellents, Thermal Insulation, Membrane Roofing, Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim, Fencing, Food Service, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and other miscellaneous items required to complete work in full. This project is to be awarded under a single Contract.
