Specifications include, but are not limited to: Transport services in Teton County, WY. Given significant increases in emergency response call volume since 2020, Jackson Hole Fire/EMS desires to prioritize the agency’s response to emergency calls for service and to relinquish the provision of ground transport services. Additionally, at present, no system is in place for determining a priority order roster for St. John’s Health or Jackson Hole Fire/EMS to request air (fixed or rotary) medical transport services. Therefore, Jackson Hole Fire/EMS, in collaboration with St. John’s Health, seeks to contract with a third-party provider to handle the bulk of medical transport services for Teton County, both air and ground, both within and from Teton County, typically to Idaho Falls, ID or Salt Lake City, UT.
