Specifications include, but are not limited to: Teton County, Wyoming, herein after referred to as “County”, will receive online up to but not later than 4:00pm MST on August 8, 2024, proposals for prevention programming. The Community Prevention Coalition of Teton County has allocated the following funding amounts for prevention programming under the areas of concern listed below. This will be just under a two-year grant running August 15, 2024 – June 30, 2026. Suicide Prevention: $9,000 Underage Drinking and Youth Marijuana Use Prevention: $10,250 Nicotine/Tobacco Prevention: $10,200 Shared Risk and Protective Factors: $5,000 Respondents will be expected to complete the evidence-based programs listed in the submitted project proposal. Please see Appendix A for both a full list of evidence-based programs approved by the Wyoming Department of Health and a shortened list. Respondents are expected to be already trained and certified in the programs listed in the proposal. Respondents may submit a proposal for all areas of concern or for just one or more area(s) of concern. Proposals which exceed the amount associated for each area of concern or the combined total for all areas of concern will not be considered.
