Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Evanston, Wyoming, is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to submit proposals for a Tenant Improvement vanilla buildout project. The project involves the interior renovation and exterior site improvement of the Historic Roundhouse Building in downtown Evanston, Wyoming. We invite your company to participate in this competitive bidding process. The selected contractor will oversee the overall tenant improvement project, excluding the specialty interior finishes of the tenant space. Work consists of coordination and management of the build-to-suit tenant space completion (Grey Space), minus the specialty tenant finishes and equipment installation. Interior demo and construction, concrete slab and footings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, public restrooms, exterior work to include service yard, north parking lot, loading dock, overhead door, service door, equipment pads, and other work defined in the instruction to bidders.
