The National Park Service (NPS), Northern Rockies MABO Contracting Office seeks to determine the availability and capability of potential LARGE BUSINESSES, SMALL BUSINESSES, CERTIFIED 8(a) SMALL BUSINESSES, CERTIFIED HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESSES, CERTIFIED SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS, and/or WOMAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES for the services below. The information received as a result of this market research will be considered solely for the purpose of supporting a potential acquisition. Project Name: Inspections and testing services for underground fuel storage tanks at Yellowstone National Park
The objective is to conduct integrity testing, compliance evaluations, containment testing, evaluation of specific (ATG) automatic tank gauging and release detection systems in accordance with Montana and Wyoming DEQ Administrative Codes for annual and 3-year inspections. Approximately 20 underground tanks anticipated.

2) Detailed description of capability addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.
