Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Complete survey including site topographic, existing utilities, and boundary survey necessary for completion of the detailed final designs. 2. Prepare site specific designs with extents of existing collection areas for the springs recommended for rehabilitation. 3. Prepare design drawing for recommended pipeline replacements. The design drawing will include: topo survey, profiles, access roads and material storage. 4. Work with City Staff, Land Owners and Stakeholders on preliminary and final design for construction and final access. 5. Consultant will prepare detailed drawings and specs using Wyoming Public Works Standards, 2015 version, sufficient to obtain a DEQ Permit to Construct. 6. The consultant will prepare a service contract with minimum federal language as attached in Appendix 1 to meet Funding Agency and City requirements
