September 2024 at 12pm MDT. If we do not receive notice that there are contractors needing sponsorship, no representative will be available to sponsor individuals on base for this site visit.
Amendment 2 also adjusts the questions due date to 16 September 2024 at 9:00am MDT, and pushes the proposal deadline back to 20 September 2024 at 9:00am MDT.

The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461324R0007, as a Request for Quote using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, & FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Submit only written quotations for this RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This acquisition is being solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333413, with a small business standard of 500 or less employees.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT OR SERVICES: A Vehicle Exhaust Removal System to be used in building 332 of F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Cheyenne, WY Fire Department facility. Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, and labor necessary to provide a fully functional vehicle exhaust removal system at in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local laws, regulations and Attach 1_Specifications Sheet and all other related attachments.

PLACE OF DELIVERY: F.E. Warren AFB, WY. Delivery related expenses must be included with the price of the commodities.
