START is looking for a qualified contractor to provide transit bus services between Teton Village, Wyoming, the Teton Village Transit Center at Stilson, and the Town of Jackson, Wyoming. The successful contractor will provide shuttle service along one fixed route that will operate for approximately 135 days commencing Saturday, November 30, 2023, and ending on Sunday April 13, 2025. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the operation of the contracted transit bus services including the provision of appropriate vehicles, delivery of all specified transit bus services as specified herein, the performance of all vehicle maintenance activities necessary for the provision of contracted transit bus service, accommodation for the storage of all vehicles required for the provision of contracted transit bus services, provision of all necessary staffing to support the delivery of specified contracted transit bus services, compliance with all relevant Federal and State of Wyoming requirements including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), provisions for fueling all vehicles required to perform the specified contracted transit bus services, and reporting to START staff of all requested information as described below in this RFQ. START shall be responsible for establishing the shuttle routes and reserves the right to modify these routes at any time during the course of this contract.
