• Cancellation:  The City of Decatur reserves the right to cancel this contract upon 30 days written notice if service is not satisfactory.

• A list of employees using the service will be provided and updated as necessary.  Currently there are approximately 250 employees who will be using this contract.

• The bid bond is not required for this bid.
