The City of Huntsville desires to solicit sealed bids for Air Compressor and Pneumatic Components Repair & Maintenance Services, as outlined in the attached Specifications and General Terms and Conditions.

The City of Huntsville is seeking sealed bids from interested and qualified firms to provide quality air compressor and pneumatic components repair and maintenance services. The selected Contractor will be utilized as a support service for the Fleet Services Shop. The intent of this IFB is to award a contract to the responsible Bidder whose bid proposal, conforming to this IFB, is most advantageous to the City of Huntsville regarding price, repair time, warranty and other factors considered.

The City of Huntsville’s Fleet Services Shop has a variety of equipment. These items are listed individually in Appendix F- Bidder Pricing Form. This list is an approximation and additional items may be added during the term of this bid.
