The City of Huntsville, Department of Parking & Public Transit, is soliciting proposals, priced on a firm fixed price basis (stipulated sum), from an insurance broker/firm, to provide a comprehensive vehicle liability and physical damage insurance policy/program for the Public Transit Revenue Vehicles in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this RFP and the attached FTA terms and conditions. The contract will be for one year, with two (2) one-year renewable options
The City currently has 26 Fixed Route Buses and 28 Paratransit Vans, See attached vehicle inventory (Exhibit A)
