All itemized sealed bids including complete equipment specifications and availability on official vendors letterhead. Additional documentation includes Alabama Vendor Disclosure Statement, Alabama Business License, and Vendor W9 form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner’s judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
Sealed bids proposals will be received by the Alabama Space Science Exhibit Commission d/b/a U.S. Space and Rocket Center at the office of Sam Mitchell, Director of Procurement, U.S. Space and Rocket Center, Administration Entrance, One Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805 until Friday 03/04/25 at 2:00pm CST. At which time and place, each seal bid will be publicly opened and read into the record.
You may submit your seal bid on or before the scheduled public bid opening to the Director of Procurement, for the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, by coming in person to the Administration Entrance located at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, One Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805.
You may also mail your seal bid using a reliable & trackable delivery method to the street address listed and by the time and due date shown.
Electronic bids submitted, by the time and due date shown, to samm@spacecamp.com will be accepted.
