Bids must be submitted on official company letterhead including a full bid summary for each logbook. Additional required documentation, Al Vendor Disclosure Statement and Company W9. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner’s judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
Sealed proposals will be received by the Alabama Space Science Exhibit Commission d/b/a U.S. Space and Rocket Center at the office of Sam Mitchell, Director of Procurement, U.S. Space and Rocket Center, One Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805 until Friday 11/22/24 at 2:00pm CST. At which time and place, each seal bid will be publicly opened and read into the record at the ETF Building, Room 106.
You may also submit your seal bid prior to public bid opening to the Director of Procurement, for the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, by coming in person to the Administration Entrance located at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, One Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805. You may also submit your bid electronically by sending via email to samm@spacecamp.com or physically mail your seal bid using a reliable & trackable delivery method to the street address listed and by the time and due date shown.
