Description

The City of Del Mar (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform pavement condition assessment services and prepare a 5-year pavement management plan. The work will generally consist of performing a citywide pavement condition assessment, creating a database with pavement condition indexes (PCIs), and preparing a recommended 5-year pavement management plan.

Responses to this RFP will be accepted until 4:00PM on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, via email to mcairns@delmar.ca.us.

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via email before 4:00PM on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, to kfalk@delmar.ca.us. City responses to questions will be made by addendum and posted online at: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/california/cityofdelmar. Such addendum shall be considered a part of the RFP and must be signed and submitted with the proposal.
