24-14 - Comprehensive Development Impact Fee Analysis

Notice is hereby given that the City of Escondido, a California municipal corporation (“City”), is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants to conduct a Comprehensive Development Impact Fee Analysis involving Traffic, Public Facilities, Parks and Drainage infrastructure (“Project”). Services shall include but not be limited to a study which should include detailed and legally defensible justification and analysis, including nexus studies demonstrating the financial connection between the need for each proposed fee and the remaining infrastructure necessary for the buildout of the City.
