24-28 - Eng Design Services for E. Valley Pkwy and Midway Dr Drainage Improvements

The City of Escondido is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide engineering design services for the East Valley Parkway and Midway Drive Drainage Improvement Project. Engineering services shall include, but not be limited to; the preparation of environmental review documentation for compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and any required resource agency permits, the completion of the final hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, engineering plans and specifications, and the preparation of a conditional letter of map revision to re-designate 1,671 parcels completely or partially located within the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) 100-year floodplain. It is anticipated that the project will install an estimated 24,000-linear feet of reinforced concrete storm drain pipe/culvert.
