NOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS
GRAND AVENUE VISION PROJECT – PHASE 2
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
That the City Clerk, on behalf and as authorized by the City of Escondido, will accept sealed bids for this Grand Avenue Vision Project - Phase 2 (“Project”). A sealed bid must be clearly marked with the name of the Project and time-stamped at the City Clerk’s Office, 201 N. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Escondido, CA 92025, before 2 p.m. on November 30, 2023, to be considered timely. Bidder assumes the risk that mailed bids will be promptly delivered to the City Clerk and time-stamped prior to the deadline.
Bidders are responsible for carefully examining the location of the proposed work before submitting a bid.
A mailed bid shall be double-wrapped with an external shipping envelope that contains the separately sealed bid documents. The shipping envelope will be opened upon receipt. The shipping envelope of a mailed bid should be addressed as follows:

The City reserves the right to reject any bid that does not follow the exact procedures provided in this Notice.
