This proposal seeks consultant architectural/engineering design services to assist the City in the design and final
construction documents for a new Breakroom and two Offices in the existing metal building at the Public Works

The City of Hanford seeks design required for a complete set of construction documents to include, but are not
limited to: Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Specialties (including but not
