In general, the work is comprised of public works construction including purchase of new panels, removal of old panels, installation of new panels, disposal of old panels, and other miscellaneous improvements as shown on the plans and as required to complete the work. The new panels must have a Sound Transmission Class rating of 50 or above and cannot weigh more than 8.5 pounds per square feet.
