Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals must fully address all areas requested, contain complete technical submittals, references, and data to verify qualifications and experience and include a statement that the City contract can be executed. Proposals without complete submittal data will be considered non-responsive. As part of the technical proposal, Contractors must evaluate the City’s proposal terms and conditions.

Respondents shall respond to the final written RFP and any exhibits, attachments and amendments.

All Respondents shall verify if any addendum for this project has been issued by the City. It is the Respondent’s responsibility to ensure that all requirements of contract addendum are included in the Respondent’s submittal.

Respondents are required to submit (upload) all items on BidNet. Proposals will be received up to the hour of 5:30 p.m., on the 9th of May, 2024.

A proposal received after the time set for the proposal opening shall not be considered.

The City is not responsible for and accepts no liability in the event a response is late due to any network, internet or any other technical problem or interruption. The Respondent is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic proposal. The City will only consider proposals that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an e-bid confirmation number.
