Project includes providing secure door access to the existing lobby, creating a new private meeting room with wall and door to existing alcove, and associated electrical, mechanical and carpentry work.

Bidders are to be licensed in accordance with the provisions of the “Contractors License Law,” Chapter 9 of Division 3 of the State Business and Professions Code. In addition, at the time of submitting the bid, bidder must have one of the following classification of contractor’s license from the State of California:

Class B, General Builder Contractor License

Sealed bid proposals for the construction of COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT LOBBY SECURITY UPGRADE, PROJECT 16-64 will be RECEIVED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of the City of Mountain View at City Hall, 500 Castro Street, First Floor, Mountain View, California, until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read inside the City Hall Rotunda.

Bid results will be posted at the City website by 4:00 p.m. at: www.mountainview.gov/our-city/departments/public-works/city-projects-bids/requests-for-proposals-calls-for-bids.
