Description

This project includes removing old street lane line and legends, installing new standard highvisibility crosswalks, legends and pavement markings, repainting red curbs, and other items at the project locations as shown in the plans and specifications. The estimated cost of this work, including contingency, is between $800,000 and $900,000.

This project is partly funded by the Santa Clara County 2016 Measure B, a 30-year, one-half-cent Countywide sales tax to enhance transit, highways, expressways, and active transportation (bicycles, pedestrians, and complete streets).

Sealed bid proposals for the construction of the project will be received by the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of the City of Mountain View at City Hall, 500 Castro Street, First Floor, Mountain View, CA, until 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 17, 2023 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read inside the City Hall Rotunda.

All proposals or bids must be sealed and addressed to the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of Mountain View and the envelope must be plainly endorsed as follows:
