The City of Oceanside invites sealed bids for the stated project and will receive such bids in the offices of and addressed to Oceanside City Clerk, 300 North Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA 92054, up to the hour of 2:00 pm, the Tuesday, 20th day of June, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened. Bids shall be written clearly and legibly in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside “SEALED BID FOR (COC BLDG. “A” ROOF REPLACEMENT) – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”
