The City of Oceanside is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide backflow, irrigation and plumbing repairs at various locations within the City of Oceanside. Services include annual backflow testing required by the State of California as well as providing and installing backflow cages and cement slabs/pads for existing backflows within the Landscape Maintenance Assessment Districts and City Properties. Proposals shall be written clearly and legibly in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside “City-Wide Backflow, Irrigation, and Plumbing Repairs for FY 2023/2024 for PM - DO NOT OPEN MAIL” Proposals for this project will be accepted by the City of Oceanside, Property Management Division at 300 N. Coast Highway, 3rd Floor, South Building, Oceanside, CA 92054, Attention: Candice Diaz, until 3:00 PM, THURSDAY, September 21, 2023. E-mail or facsimile transmission of proposals will NOT be accepted. Proposals received after 3:00 PM, on Thursday, the 21st day of September, 2023 will be returned to sender unopened.
