PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Oceanside, hereinafter referred to as AGENCY, invites sealed bids for the above stated project and will receive such bids in the offices of and addressed to Oceanside City Clerk, 300 North Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA 92054, up to the hour of 2 p.m., Tuesday, the 11th day of July 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened.
Bids shall be written clearly and legibly in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside “SEALED BID FOR Code Enforcement Relocation Phase 3 TRAILER REMODEL Project, CIP21-00015 – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held to review the site and discuss the scope of work and the Contractor’s responsibilities. The City’s representative will be available to address questions. The meeting will be held at the site located at 3127 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside, CA 92056, on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.
