FY23/24 Inland Rail Multimodal Path - RFP for the Oceanside Inland Rail Multimodal Path Feasibility Study

The City of Oceanside is soliciting proposals for the Oceanside Inland Rail Multimodal Path Feasibility Study. The Feasibility Study will include a high-level technical analysis with a robust community outreach process. Please see the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for more detailed information with regards to the deliverables and the requested information. When responding, please review the Professional Services Agreement and indicate that its standard provisions are acceptable.
