The City of Oceanside Police Department is soliciting proposals for an in-car mobile audio/video recording system to outfit (70) Oceanside Police vehicles. Ongoing maintenance, support, and plans for initial installation must be included in the proposal. The Oceanside Police Department is interested in a system with both a forward-facing camera (aka: “Dash Cam”) in addition to audio/video recording equipment to monitor the prisoner transport area of the patrol vehicle.
