PW_FY2023-24 - Request for Proposals Traffic Signal Loops and Guardrail Repair & Replacement

Please see the RFP Services Cover Letter that has more information and explains Special Provisions for this RFP. Exhibits A and B contain the individual scopes of work and bid schedules for each proposed service agreement. You may submit a proposal for any and/or all of the proposed services agreements. To submit a proposal, fill out the bid documents for the specific service agreement including your company's name, location, and point of contact. Each proposal submitted must be in its own sealed envelope marked "Proposal for (Project Name)." Sealed proposals will be accepted by the City of Oceanside Public Works Department, 300 N Coast Highway 3rd Floor South Building, until 4:00 PM, Thursday, May 11, 2023. E-mail or facsimile transmission of proposals will NOT be accepted.
