ACCT-Two - Request for Proposals for Accounting Services-Hybrid

Proposal is for a hybrid approach where the city will take back the accounting for banking activity, monthly bank reconciliation, daily cash reconciliation, fiscal agent month end entries, monthly interest allocation, lease accounting, SBITA accounting and grant entries and reconciliation. The Accounting Consultant will be responsible for month end close entries and balance sheet reconciliations (with the exception of bank accounts), and year end close entries and audit support among other items.
