Description

The City of Oceanside is soliciting proposals for Pump and Motor Repair needs for one year for Fiscal Year 2024-25, with the option for three, one-year renewals. The City is also soliciting proposals for Well Rehabilitation, with a contract term of two years for Fiscal Years 2024-2025 and 2025-2026, with the option for two, one-year renewals.

Attachment A contains the scope of work and price schedule for Pump and Motor Repair. Attachment B contains the scope of work and pricing estimate for Well Rehabilitation. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to develop a fair and reasonable price guarantee for quality and prompt reliable service from a qualified contractor.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals are due no later than 3:00pm on Friday, April 19, 2024. Proposals must be submitted via the bidnetdirect.com online portal. Please submit one (1) electronic copy of your proposal and be sure to label uploaded documents as “Proposal for Pump and Motor Repair and Well Rehabilitation.” Please note: size shall not exceed 20 MB. Links to third party or file sharing sites, such as box.com and similar, will not be accepted. The City is not responsible for technical issues that prevent delivery of proposals by the due date.

Proposals received after the above cited time will be considered a late submission and are not acceptable unless waived by the City.

Prospective proposers may submit a response to Attachment A, Attachment B or both, but must meet the minimum specifications outlined for each scope of work to be considered responsive.
