The City of Oceanside is soliciting proposals for Electrical Supplies, Industrial Supplies, Irrigation Supplies, Landscape Supplies, Plumbing Supplies, Portable Restroom Rentals, Traffic Signs and Supplies for two (2) years for Fiscal Year 2023/24 and Fiscal Year 2024/25 which starts July 1, 2023 and July 1, 2024, respectively. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to develop a fair and reasonable price guarantee for quality supplies and products and prompt reliable service from the selected vendor. Please see the RFP Supplies Cover Letter that has more information and explains Special Provisions for this RFP. Exhibits 1-7 are the individual bid schedules for the products and supplies requested. You may submit a bid for any and/or all of the products and supplies. Each proposal must be submitted in its own sealed envelope marked "Proposal for (Project Name)." Sealed proposals will be accepted by the City of Oceanside Public Works Department, 300 N Coast Highway - 3rd Floor South Building, Oceanside CA 92056 until 3PM on Thursday, May 11, 2023. E-mail or facsimile transmission of Proposals will NOT be accepted.
