Description

The City of Oceanside Water Utilities Department is hereby requesting Statements of Qualification for the grant support services.

The Scope of Work for Grant Support Services is as follows:

Identify Grant Opportunities for the CITY
Perform review of specific project qualification requirements
Prepare Grant Application Package for submittal to the awarding agency
Assist CITY with post award reporting and tracking as required
Administer grants and loans (including Clean Water State Revolving Fund and Federal WIFIA) as requested by CITY staff.

All responsive proposals will be evaluated and assigned a score by a team of raters. Successful firm(s) may be invited to participate in an interview to further discuss their firm’s ability to provide the services required by the CITY. The CITY envisions a multi-year contract with task orders for each grant requested.
