PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Oceanside, invites sealed bids for the above stated project and shall receive such bids in the City of Oceanside City Clerk Department, Attention Ms. MJ Hernandez at 300 North Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA 92054 at 2 p.m., Monday, the 20th day of November 2023, at which time they shall be publicly opened.

Bids shall be written clearly and legibly in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside “SEALED BID FOR STORM DRAIN FULL CAPTURE SYSTEM DEVICES ROUND 3 PROJECT, CIP23-00021 – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”
