The Strawberry Place Storm drain Slip Lining Project includes but not limited to slip lining an 18” storm drain down a drainage easement through a landscaped embankment from Strawberry Place to Barnard Drive. The project includes slip lining the manholes, inlets, rebuilding curb inlets, and restoring the surrounding areas damaged to perform the Work. The project is approximately 190 feet long.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Oceanside, invites sealed bids for the above stated project and will receive such bids in the City of Oceanside Development Services Department, Engineering Division, Attention Ms. Darra Woods at 300 North Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA 92054 at 9 a.m., Monday, the 7th day of August 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened.

Bids shall be written clearly and legibly in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside “SEALED BID FOR STRAWBERRY PLACE STORM DRAIN LINING PROJECT, CIP23-00014 – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”
