The soil above the sewer pipe has settled in several sections of the trench causing cracks and deformation to the asphalt concrete pavement above it.

Submit a separate sealed fee proposal of a Not‐To‐Exceed fixed fee price and shall include a statement of cost breakdown associated with each tasks, as outlined in the proposer’s scope of
work and technical proposal. The price and technical responses will be combined through a formula to determine the “bestvalue” and the contract will be awarded to the proposer with the best combination of technical solution and cost.
