Responses to this Request for Proposal shall be submitted in a sealed package addressed as below and clearly identifying the Consultant making the submission. The package must be marked as “CONFIDENTIAL – COMMUNITY PARK CONCRETE RIBBON DRAIN ASSESSMENT.” One original and two copies must be submitted by each vendor.
