This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to invite Consultants to submit proposals to provide planning and design services for the Rattlesnake Creek Rehabilitation Project. The services are divided into three phases. Phase 1 includes the Project Approval and Environmental Documentation activities (PA&ED). Phase 2 includes the preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Engineer’s Estimate (PS&E) package; coordinate with regulatory agencies; and coordinate with City staff in the preparation of the PA&ED and PS&E package through award. Phase 3 includes providing bid and design support services during construction for the Project. The City has received grant funding for the Project through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) administered by the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal-OES). Please review the RFP fully, complete all response sections, and submit the package no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2024, on https://www.bidnetdirect.com/california/cityofpoway.
The City reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal at any time and for any reason without any liability to any proponent or to waive irregularities at their own discretion. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
