The City of San Luis Obispo is requesting sealed proposals for technology consulting services.
All firms interested in receiving further correspondence regarding this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be
required to complete a free registration using BidNet Direct (www.bidnetdirect.com/).
All proposals must be received via BidNet Direct by March 25, 2025, at 3pm, when they will be opened electronically via BidNet Direct on the proposal end date and time.
The preferred method for bid submission is electronic via BidNet Direct. However, if you wish to submit
a paper copy, please submit it in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Proposal for Technology Consulting Services,” to the Department of Finance, at 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, CA, 93401, at or before 3pm. March 25, 2025.
Project packages and additional information may be obtained at the City’s BidNet Direct website at
www.BidNetDirect.com.
